Rolling stand with leveler

The coils are taken from the production chain, driven into the inspection area and unwound 10 meters. The tape surface is visually inspected, then the tape is rewound and fed back into the production chain.

Refurbishment of a temper mill
Among other tasks, the coil diameter of the roll stand was increased from Ø 1,700 to Ø 2,000 mm. Furthermore, the coilers and decoilers were replaced by new ones with a different design, including additional support bearing on the reel. The two under-floor coil lifters have also been renewed.
