Big day for C-Technik: Anniversary, retirement and a re-start

Among the many well-wishers on the occasion of the company anniversary of C-Technik was also the IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein, here represented by division manager Jan Schoofs (2nd from right). The managing directors Holger (r.) and Mirko Krebs (l.) as well as the outgoing company founder Helmut Cremers are happy about the certificate and the congratulations.

What a special day for C-Technik! Just on the occasion of the company's 25th birthday, company founder Helmut Cremers hands over responsibility. In addition, there are new authorized signatories, flowers and a certificate, and of course there is also a celebration. But one after the other...

C-Technik has a new management. Because "spiritus rector" and "company soul" Helmut Cremers is retiring – of course not without being celebrated extensively and deservedly by the assembled staff. And equally not without having prepared the transition to the new Managing Director Mirko Krebs in detail and thoroughly. "When someone like Helmut Cremers leaves his company, it is simply impossible to compensate. Such experience can only be gained over decades," commented Mirko Krebs on the occasion of the celebrations. "But we prepared the transition for a long time, listened carefully and learned a lot, and have now distributed the responsibility on the shoulders of several experienced and energetic colleagues."

In fact, the reorganization of responsibilities also includes the fact that project managers Benjamin Lenz and Michael Bronckhorst now also have power of attorney and further strengthen the team with Umut Gökbas and Stefan Devic.

These personnel changes also continue the rejuvenation process at C-Technik. After expansions of the team and the age-related retirement of colleagues, C-Technik has significantly reduced its age average over the past five years and is striving to meet the new challenges with a young, enlarged team.
